Abstract: Human always seeks his progress and perfection. Therefore, the necessity of imagining the oncoming future and following a complete and appropriate model is self-evident. The system of Mahdism is essentially a religious system that is in the scope of religion. "Religion" in the term is a set of beliefs, morals, laws and regulations that are compiled based on the management of individual and social affairs of humans and the provision of their worldly and hereafter happiness. With this definition, it becomes clear that religion includes all areas of human life and has plans and programs for all issues related to human life. Therefore, just as religion is not indifferent to the afterlife issues of human, it cannot be indifferent to his worldly issues. Religion in all fields of science, culture, civilization, economy, politics, government, art, industry, family and so on has played an effective role. For this reason, "religion" also determines the scope, goals and programs of the government... In the theory of Mahdism, the government has a religious function, because the religion is responsible for explaining the needs and regulating the complex and extensive human relations in all fields; the boundaries of what should and should not be determined by religion; for this reason, the main mission of Hazrat Mahdi (AS) in the promised world revolution is the absolute rule of religion on the earth; by the blessings of this divine sovereignty, all the crises in human life will be transformed into development; the prosperity of reason, science, industry, mining, economy, agriculture, politics, culture, ethics, etc. .. In a word, "Mahdavi utopia" is realized
